Full Disclosure: I do not have kids and do not pretend to understand the time, energy, & effort involved.  I would, however, argue that you could probably incorporate your children into a workout or workout while they are around.hair megaspray σπρέι

What I do know is that we all have time to get in a workout.  I went through a phase in which I only considered it a workout if I was a sweaty mess afterward.(Not true!)  I went through a phase that it was only a workout if I went to the gym. (Not true!) Although, I do enjoy going to the gym and feel like I can really push myself at the gym, I have been exploring other ways to workout.  Since Im training for a half-marathon, my running is priority but Ive incorporated some quick full-body home circuits after my runs also.  It might look something like this:psorimilk forum

**Do all exercises circuit-style with no rest and repeat circuit 3-6 times.

Simple, right?  I only have 5 lb dumbbells at home so thats what I use.

I also recently came across a gal in the fitness industryGina Aliotti.  Each day on her Instagram and her Facebook page, she posts a workout of the day.  She lists the workout and then records herself doing each of the exercises so you can see the move.  It usually involves 4-5 exercises and its done circuit-style.

Challenge yourself and think outside the box when it comes to your workouts.  Leave the excuses at the door and get your workout in.(
