It’s not safe to lose 6 lbs a day. It’s also not realistic. Try going for a goal of 5-10 lbs a week. Also don’t focus on losing lbs, measure yourself your bust-hips-waist and write them down and look up the size of what you’d need to be to fit into your dress and make a goal to lose inches to fit into it, why? because Muscle weighs more than fat and if you workout and see that you may be loosing some lbs but then you gain some your going to get discourage because your not looking at the right area to measure.
For instance I am 27 yrs old I am 5′9 and about 155 lbs. I may sound like my weight is high but it’s not I’m mostly muscle. My safe weight rage is between 135lbs-160lbs. However my measurements are 36-26-36 which is very good. I was 36-31-40 (36 inches around my bust, 31 around my waist and 40 on my hips) Seeing that if I had gone by wanting to loose weight well I’d feel like I’d need to loose 25-30 or more lbs. Since I didn’t go by that and just ate healthy did cardio and weight training I measured myselfe once a week the same time and I saw I was getting results, I did weigh myself too just to see the numbers, I lost about 15 lbs of fat but had some muscle so it wasn’t a big difference.
